Their banner year came in 2002 when they won 15 games. Unfortunately, they followed up that great year with two disappointing seasons. The Buccaneers are hoping 2006 will break that trend. Brian Griese took off for Chicago, which leaves Chris Sims as the Buccaneers starter. Sims will be entering his fourth year in the NFL. This former Texas quarterback must step up and become a leader to guide this offense. His ability to deal with adversity will come into question this year.
